Who I am

This site is operated by Deborah Pelloni, based in Zurich, Switzerland. Contact: hello@deborahpelloni.com.

What I collect

When you sign up for the free guide, I collect your email address and (optionally) your first name. That's it. I don't track you across the web, I don't share or sell your data to third parties, and I don't use advertising trackers on this site.

Why I collect it

To deliver the guide you requested and to send you occasional emails related to marketing, sales, and AI for business owners. You opt in explicitly when you submit the form.

How I store it

Your email is stored on Cloudflare and used to send you emails via Resend. Both providers are GDPR-compliant. Servers are in the EU.

How long I keep it

Until you ask me to remove it. You can unsubscribe anytime by replying to any of my emails with the word "unsubscribe" or by emailing hello@deborahpelloni.com.

Your rights

Under GDPR (EU) and the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@deborahpelloni.com and I will respond within 30 days.

This site uses no cookies and no analytics tracking.

Changes

If I update this policy, I'll change the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email.
